4. Membership Options (Spirit of Art Circle)

We offer both Monthly and Annual membership options:

Monthly Plan: Billed every 30 days from your enrollment date

Annual Plan: Billed once per year

Your membership includes access to:

- Live and recorded sessions

- Downloadable content and resources

- Member-only community space

- All new content added during your active subscription


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

- Monthly memberships cancel at the end of the current month.

- Annual memberships cancel at the end of the current year.

- We do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.


6. Community Guidelines

Spirit of Art Circle is a sacred, inclusive, and uplifting space. All members agree to:

- Be kind and respectful

- Honor differences in spiritual and creative expression

- Maintain confidentiality within the group

- Refrain from judgment or unsolicited advice

- We reserve the right to remove members whose behavior violates these guidelines.


7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Some sessions may include movement, meditation, or emotional exploration. By participating, you agree that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.


8. Pricing and Content Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing or update content offerings at any time. You will have prior notification of any pricing changes. Founding Members will retain their original pricing as long as their membership remains active and uninterrupted.
